当日行程
0530hrs: 在酒店的大堂集合，当天导游会到大堂接你们。前往目的地需2小时的车程0700hrs-0730hrs: 抵达当地市区的火车站（时间是预测的，实际的时间是由当天的情况而定）

0750hrs: 接着，想搭乘着婆罗洲最古老的火车（19 世纪末开始启用），我们将穿越著名的猎头族－毛律部落。由部落里最优秀的导游带领各位征服号称东南亚第一的激流－－巴达士河！巴达士河坐落在亚庇市（Kota Kinabalu）西南边，唯有火车才能够抵达的内陆地区。此行程不但让您享受到激流的刺激，还提供您搭乘古董火车的机会。

1030hrs: （预计时间）抵达Pangi站。在活动正式开时以前，先由专业人员为游客讲解泛舟之安全事项，以及示范泛舟技术及工具的操作
1100hrs: 开始体验刺激的泛舟之旅，巴达士河的湍急流道长达 10 公里， 涵盖了 8 处的激流，并依照它们的特性取了很有趣的名字，包括旋转木马（Merry-Go-Round）、蛇屋（Snake House）、史酷比（Scooby Doo）、眼镜蛇（Cobra）、烧烤（BBQ）、洗衣机（Washing Machine）、黏巴达（Lambada）及猎头人（Head Hunter）。经过一个又一个的高潮，在这数一数二的激流上漂流泛舟，每每都在刺激您全身上下的神经。直到最后终点，Rayoh火车站（令人兴奋的激流/1½hrs-2小时或飞溅的乐趣20公里）。 *进行水位情况

1330hrs: 自助午餐将在Rayoh火车站送达

1430hrs: 登上火车回博福特站（1小时，1½hrs车程）

1600hrs: 一旦到达螺洲站，让梳洗，并换衣服。船上的教练和转移回哥打Kinaba-芦城.

1800hrs: 估算到达时间到哥打京那巴鲁市

15:00    往沙巴西南部进发。车程大约 1 小时 45 分钟。

16:00    抵达码头，休息一下，喝下午茶。

16:15    乘坐渡船窥探野生生物，长鼻猴就在您上方的树枝上跳跃。

18:00    在小屋区热闹氛围下享用丰盛的自助晚餐。

19:00    欣赏火树银花（萤火虫）、聆听大自然交响乐。

           
21:00    回到市区，参观巧克力专卖店。

21:30    分送至各酒店，晚安！

Itinerary:
15:00     Depart to the Southwestern part of Sabah. Journey takes roughly 1 hour 45 mins.

16:00     Upon arrival, coffee & tea will be served with some cake made by local people.
16:15     Onboard comfortable fiberglass boat – Cruise down for almost 2 hours in search
             for wildlife.
18:00     Enjoy sumptuous buffet dinner served in glimmering lanterns hug around the
             lodging.
19.00     Catch the glimpse of fireflies slowly lighting up and decorating the
             mangrove trees. Listen to the crickets singing while you walk back to the coach.
21:00     Estimated arrival to Kota Kinabalu. Visit to chocolate outlet store.
21:30     Back to hotel. Good Night.

Description 

At Mantanani Island, the sea is clear and warm. The coral reefs for your open water activities are nearby and offer great variety of marine life.

The snorkeling here is superb. The islands are well away from river outflows and urban pollution resulting in great visibility. The reefs are shallow, so easy to observe with fantastic coral cover.

Plus,  The island itself is coral sand, resulting in blinding white beaches and achingly beautiful turquoise lagoons.Mantanani Island offers tranquility and romance. Great place to relax in between course works.

神山公园沙巴神山是马来西亚的名胜之一，2000年被列入世界遗产名录；共占地754平方公里，生态保护得非常好，从热带植物到寒带植物，可以说世界上再也找不到这样一个植物生态的会合地；有很多大自然爱好者慕名而來，研究和欣赏这里种类繁多的自然资源。

神山形成有约 1000-1500 万年。神山国家公园不仅仅因为神山而著称，还以茂密的原始森林、珍贵的自然资源环境而闻名世界，这里还是世界上最古老的植物园，其中有超过 1200 种的野胡姬、40 余种橡木、漫山遍野的野杜鹃、野兰花，以及世界上最大的花朵萊福士花，在此更可一窥神奇的「猪笼草」。

Description: 

Kinabalu National Park, about 90 kilometres from Kota Kinabalu, is one of the world's most significant natural environments.

The park is home to thousands of types of flora and fauna that are native to the area, and several hundred that are found only in the park.
As such, Kinabalu National Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2000, the first in Malaysia. While its tourist trails are well-worn, the majority of the park is an unspoilt paradise for rare flora and fauna.
The presence of Mountain Kinabalu, the highest mountain in South-East Asia, is one of the contributing factors to the wide variety of animal, bird, insect and plant life found in the park.
Orchids and carnivorous pitcher plants are among the park's most famous plants, although they are rare along the park's most worn tourist trails. However, they are all on display in a botanical walk near park headquarters, where visitors can view some of the area's most beautiful flora.

Desa is a local chain owned by Sabah. This farm is situated along the way to Mesilau Nature Park/Golf Resort. You will be able to see the entrance and a big signboard on the left. It took less than 2 minutes driving on a gravel road to the entrance.
If you visit Kundasang, Sabah, do not skip this beautiful place, Desa Dairy Farm. Desa Dairy Farm is a cow farm owned by the state government of Sabah. This place was so beautiful and charming. Apart from that, you can visit inside the farm to see the cows closer and they too sell fresh milks from their production.

Description: 

Depart from the city hotel to Kiulu, the journey will take approximately 1 ½ hours. Enroute pass by villages and paddy fields, as well as spectacular scenery, including a view of Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Malaysia. At the starting point, ACTIVITY : paintball gae. After the activity, take a walk on the suspension bridge.  As one shoots the 10km rapids, surely one will get drenched by the water.  This is just an easy and relax rafting experience. For those adventure seekers, one can try to dip in the water for body rafting, an exhilarating ride down the rapids without your raft. Pass by more scenic countryside before arriving at the ending point where a sumptuous lunch awaits.
